Extract audio from a video
Drop a video and download its sound. M4A copies the original audio without re-encoding, so it is instant and loses nothing; WAV is uncompressed for editing and audio software.

Questions
Is M4A the same quality as the video?
Yes, when the video's audio is AAC (almost every MP4 and phone video): the audio is copied, not re-encoded. Otherwise it is converted to high-quality AAC.
Why not MP3?
Browsers can't encode MP3 natively. M4A plays everywhere MP3 does (phones, Windows, Mac, editors) and sounds better at the same size.
How long can the video be?
Copying is fast even for long files. WAV is large (about 10 MB per minute), so very long WAVs may use a lot of memory.
